Set up your org mapping

Read these quick instructions before starting the assessment.

Step 1 of 3

Instructions

  • Reserve 20 to 30 minutes without interruptions.
  • Keep your team roster handy so you can add names and supervisors quickly.
  • Start with the first 20 leaders. You can add more later.
  • You will answer about 45 guided questions about role functions.
Important tip: Reflect your organization’s current reality. The chart is generated from your responses, and you can retake the assessment later to track changes.

Who to include

Who to list
  • Include managers and contractors up to the most senior 20 by authority, not age.
  • Add up to 2 individual contributors who share the same role, e.g., Installers or Technicians.
Fields
  • Required: Name, Role, Supervisor.
  • Optional: Email, phone, location.
Contractors
  • Include contractors who currently fill a defined role or act as managers. Enter their role and supervisor so their place in the structure is clear.
  • Do not include ad hoc vendors or providers who don’t hold an ongoing role.

Before you continue

  • After typing an entry, select Add Employee to save it. If you continue without adding, that person will not be available on later pages.
  • You can return to edit or delete entries before the final review. Nothing is final until you complete the review.
  • When you are ready, select Start assessment. We’ll guide you step by step.
